Job Description: Interior Designer

Company: State Infotech

State Infotech is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Interior Designer to join our expanding design and project delivery team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial interior design projects, with strong exposure to design conceptualization, space planning, and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations based on client requirements

Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, 3D views, and working drawings

Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution

Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor specifications

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent

Incorporate client feedback and revise designs as required

Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and defined quality standards

Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and best practices

Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of professional experience in interior design (residential/commercial projects preferred)

Strong understanding of space planning, layouts, and design fundamentals

Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software

Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and site execution processes

Ability to interpret client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Good communication and coordination skills

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field (preferred)
