We are a growing tech-driven company working on impactful solutions in the healthcare/customer support domain. Our internal and public-facing apps serve thousands of users daily, and we are scaling fast to handle over 2 lakh+ users with high availability.

Currently, we're building a smart help/chat system powered by React.js, integrated with AI chatbots and real-time messaging for efficient agent and user support.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a React.js Developer who is:

Skilled in building scalable web applications.

Experienced with chat interfaces, real-time messaging, and bot integration (e.g., Dialogflow, GPT, Botpress).

Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Passionate about writing clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript/JavaScript.

Build and optimize a scalable help/chat system that can support 2 lakh+ users.

Integrate bot systems (AI/ML/NLP-based) into the chat platform to automate support.

Work closely with backend/API teams to create efficient data pipelines.

Ensure cross-browser, mobile compatibility and high-speed performance.

Maintain high standards in UI/UX, accessibility, and security.

Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in Agile/Scrum cycles.

Must-Have Skills

Strong proficiency in React.js, Hooks, Redux/Context API.

Solid understanding of WebSockets, real-time data, and REST APIs.

Experience with chat systems, messaging platforms, or similar.

Familiarity with bot integration tools like:

Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, GPT APIs, or Rasa.

Deep knowledge of component design, state management, and error handling.

Experience with scalability and performance optimization.

Good to Have

Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering.

Background in building support platforms, ticketing systems, or CRM dashboards.

Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Familiarity with tools like Pusher, Socket.IO, or Firebase.
