We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Handle basic HR administrative tasks, such as drafting emails and preparing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
